We want you to be happy with Lookie. If the Pro plan isn't the right fit for you, we offer a simple refund process.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment or subscription renewal.

After 7 Days

No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, and you will retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Processing Time

Once we process a refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
